An account of my internship experience where I delivered high-quality production and storytelling to internal and external stakeholders at Dolby Laboratories, as a specialist with the Internal Communications team.

Dolby Lab Tours: The Buck

Conceptualized and Produced a pilot episode for a BTS-mini doc series that spotlights product development, technological innovation, and marketing campaigns from the company.

The pilot featured the ECDI team that integrated Dolby Atmos (Spatial Audio Technology) into automotive experiences through a prototype car named “The Buck”.

Started off with pre-production; coordinating meetings with FAEs, Technical Engineers and Research teams who work in alignment with the ECDI team, some of whom are featured in the pilot.

Spent time with the ECDI team specifically in the room, prepping them for the camera and interview. Also shot B-Roll during this time.

Produced a list of questions that would guide the script and story. Conducted the interview with Karen Stackpole.
Filmed and recorded audio on the spot

Worked in Post-Production on Adobe Premiere Pro, re-colored in 2025 using DaVinci Resolve.

Additional Responsibilities included:

  • Gathering visual and graphic assets

  • Schedule Coordination with sources and interviewees

  • Managing and gaining access to facilities and audio equipment for shooting days

  • Producing Transcripts and Rough Cuts for daily

Coordinated and produced a multimedia centerpiece for a new initiative introducing hybrid workspaces at the San Francisco Headquarters, part of a large, cross-functional “Back to Office” campaign.


Former Marketing Intern Liz Toledo

Met with project coordinator to translate their strategy from pitch deck to a script with location and talent counterparts.

Conceived a list of questions for interviews with HR Board Representatives across Legal, Marketing and Research teams

Scouted for different shooting locations, organized schedules for shooting and impromptu feedback loops, Managed and operated video and audio equipment, as well as check-ins and check-outs.

Led the technical Post-Production process

Cut together clips with graphics from pitch deck treatment

Synced audio and music, leveled volumes and gain-staged with EQ & Compression

  • Day-to-Day feedback follow-ups and revision posts

  • Producing Transcripts and rough cuts for revision processes
