Met with project coordinator to translate their strategy from pitch deck to a script with location and talent counterparts.

Produced a mini-doc pilot, featuring the ECDI team that integrated Dolby Atmos (Spatial Audio Technology) into automotive experiences through a prototype car named “The Buck.”

  • Coordinated pre-interviews with Field Application Engineers, Technical Engineers, and Research members aligned with the ECDI group.

  • Used pre-interview materials to guide the mini-doc story through guiding questions and through planning accompanying visuals.

  • Worked with external stakeholders like Audio and Workplace teams to reserve time and equipment

Production

Sr. Research Patrick Saunders

  • Led on-screen interviewing simultaneously with talent

  • Captured talking-head/ on-site footage/ b-roll with audio simultaneously.

  • Led technical camera and microphone set-up per shoot/ take, managing equipment facilities and shooting location.

  • Reviewed footage and cut with a transcript in Adobe Premiere Pro to organize day-by-day coverage

  • Implemented archival footage from recent Dolby Atmos & Mercedes collaboration and live CES 2024 footage of product and field managers showing our Dolby products.

  • Enabled transcript editing to enable text-based editing & storytelling.

  • Organized a feedback hour with my Comms team.

  • Edited the story completely using Adobe Premiere Pro, later recoloring in DaVinci Resolve for portfolio.

Reimagining Flex Spaces

Coordinated, filmed, & edited multimedia centerpiece for a new initiative introducing hybrid workspaces at the San Francisco Headquarters, part of a large, cross-functional “Back to Office” campaign.

  • Conceived a list of questions for interviews with HR Board Representatives across Legal, Marketing, and Research teams

  • Scouted for different shooting locations, organized schedules for shooting, and implemented impromptu feedback loops

  • Managed and operated video and audio equipment, as well as check-ins and check-outs.

  • Conducted research for storytelling through HR’s Campaign Strategy

  • Organized talent markers, frames, and technical set-ups for interviews, demonstrations, and b-roll.

  • Filmed and captured audio of our interviewees and the project manager, leading both technical set-ups and producer responsibilities.

  • Met regularly with the HR Lead to review priorities and address employee questions using structured question lists.

  • Enabled text-based editing with transcripts for clearer parameters in the story when editing and for review from our HR and Comms team.

  • Colored in-set using Premiere Pro, but later with DaVinci Resolve.

  • Implemented graphics of slide-deck presentations into the campaign video to best represent HR’s team strategy and brand guidelines
